There are so many women that obsessively count calories and yet they see zero fitness results. The key isn’t counting the calories you eat all day, but it’s knowing the calorie count your body needs so you can achieve the results you want… And of course having access to the right exercise routines as wel.
Most women, not all women, but most have the goal of getting a toned tight body. This means that you’ll probably be eating around 1800 to 2300 calories a day. It really does depend however, on your stage of body fat and the overall type of body you are trying to achieve.
If your goal is to lean our and lose some body fat then you will most likely be around the 1800 calorie level, somewhere around 300 calories less than you typially burn each day. Oppositely so, if you want to put some strong femeinine muscle on your frame then you need to up the calories to around 2300. Either way you will be doing this the majority of your life.
There are many women that think they are too thin and they want to actively put muscle on their body. You of course don’t want to do this by putting body fat on. Putting lean muscle on will still keep your body super feminine because you are a women… but it may require you eat even more calories. It’s crazy, but I know plenty of women that if they want to have any prayer of putting on more lean muscle mass, they have to eat over 3,000 calories a day.
It’s important to know that you won’t have to count your calories most of the time because by eating clean, you eat foods that are packed with really healthy calories that will support a healthy body. Having a clean eating diet that you maintain helps keep your energy up and eliminate those hunger spikes as well. When you are woking out with the right exericse routines then clean eating and that will very easily produce a great body that you can contorl.
